Achieving Inner Peace

The song says, “Don’t worry, be happy!” Easy for little children, we might say. How do we, as adults, do this? How do we achieve this inner peace and happiness? The answer is non-attachment! When we attach ourselves to the outcome, we give away our power to be okay. We must remember that, whatever the situation, we are the creators of our experience of it. And if we don’t like that experience, we can recreate it – by the changing of our minds! It’s our choice – our subconscious will take that choice and magnify it! Don’t worry, be happy!!
