One practice is non-negotiable in all the teachings of Principle. It is not fun; in fact it is the least popular and most avoided. It is the practice of forgiveness. In order to forgive we must release “treasured” perceptions as to how life should have been and this is not easy. However, to fail to do this releasing work is to condemn ourselves to the pain, not only of the act which precipitated the grievance, but the effects of our negative emotions on our health, our finances and our relationships! We are invited, this week to release all hopes for a better past and to walk forward – free, at last!
