Myrtle Fillmore is quoted as saying, “Always follow the leading of the Inner light.” That still small indwelling voice can be so easily overlooked as the happenings in our life and our world compete for our attention. However, there are tools – one being meditation – that help us calm the outer noise and focus our attention inward. The labyrinth, one of the oldest contemplative tools, known to humankind for centuries, can help in this endeavor. In walking it, we can utilize the Unity Prayer Process: Relaxation, Concentration, Meditation, The Silence and finally Thanksgiving. In implementing this practice on a daily basis – with or without the labyrinth – we can expand our consciousness Christward, bringing into realization divine Truth.
